As COVID restrictions are easing, Healthy Fox has returned to normal trading. 

 

Healthy Fox is a small, private Exercise Physiology clinic in our home gym in Red Hill. The space is a bit more than 18m squared which fits with the social distance mandate of 4m squared per person. We could fit 4 people in the space, but will cap it at 2 persons max just to be on the safer side. 

The clinic and all equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before each client uses the space and each person will be given hand sanitizer on arrival and departure.

Feel free to engage in any of the COV-WOD workouts at your leisure. You don't have to be in lock-down to enjoy a good training session.
